Service journey

How can we help?

Choose a service to explore the local prototype.

Fictional data · no account or storage

This example illustrates part of the package. It does not imply that all contracted deliverables, integrations or production controls are present. Interactive previews use synthetic data and do not send messages, process payments or save business records.

The complete written sample

Content, decisions and handover context.

01

Task flow

Choose a service category, review the sample service description, then open the request summary. Keep the next action within reach and use short labels.

02

Offline behavior specification

Show a clear offline message and preserve a draft only with an agreed secure design. Never show a sent confirmation until the server acknowledges receipt.

03

Notification specification

A production notification contains a generic update and a secure destination, not sensitive request details on the lock screen.

04

Handover

Screen inventory, state definitions and component spacing accompany the prototype so a developer can estimate the implementation.

How a commissioned output is reviewed

Acceptance is part of the brief.

  • ✓ Primary journey can be completed in prototype
  • ✓ Touch targets and labels are reviewed
  • ✓ Offline and failure behavior specified
  • ✓ Platform risks and next steps documented

These are review criteria, not a claim that this demonstration was independently assessed.
