1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use protected features or submit information. Merely viewing a public page does not create a client, employment, learner, partnership, volunteer, donor, fiduciary, or professional-adviser relationship.
You must be legally capable of using the relevant feature. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to submit information and accept applicable terms for that organization. Additional terms may be presented before a form, account, transaction, programme, or service is completed.
2. Site operator and contact
The Site is operated under the name Virtual Support Plus Outsourcing or VSPO from the Philippines. VSPO uses a work-from-home model from training through operations. The contracting legal entity, registration details, and formal notices address will be stated in the relevant executed agreement or controlled corporate notice after verification.
General and administrative contact: admin@virtualsupportplusoutsourcing.net. Website: virtualsupportplusoutsourcing.net. Use the Contact page for structured routing. A public walk-in address and telephone number have not been approved; request a callback through the form.
3. Which terms control
These general Terms apply unless a more specific document applies to the same subject. In case of conflict, mandatory law controls first, then the executed specific agreement for the relationship, followed by specific form or programme terms, and then these Terms.
| Document | What it controls | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Client agreement, statement of work, NDA, or DPA | Services, fees, scope, delivery, data processing, confidentiality, IP, security, service levels, and liability. | Controls that client engagement. |
| Learner agreement, course notice, and refund terms | Enrollment, fees, attendance, assessment, conduct, credential, cancellation, refund, and transfer rules. | Controls that course or cohort. |
| Employment or contractor documents | Employment or engagement, policies, confidentiality, work, access, conduct, and offboarding. | Controls that relationship. |
| Activity, volunteer, media, feedback, or form terms | The particular participation, consent, campaign, submission, or publication choice. | Controls that action where lawful. |
| Privacy Policy and California Notice | Collection, use, disclosure, retention, choices, and privacy rights. | Read with these Terms; applicable privacy law prevails. |
4. Information and no professional advice
Public content describes VSPO’s services, proposed or available processes, Academy pathways, careers, governance, portfolio simulations, and social-impact approach. It is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, clinical, immigration, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
VSPO seeks to keep public content accurate, but personnel, capacity, roles, courses, schedules, fees, services, technology, partners, locations, and legal requirements can change. A page, planning target, sample, simulation, indicative quote, or response is not a commitment unless VSPO confirms it in an authorized written agreement.
5. Accounts and permissions
- Provide accurate account information and use only an identity you are authorized to use.
- Protect devices, sessions, passwords, passkeys, and authentication methods. Sign out of shared devices and report suspected compromise.
- Sign-in confirms an account identity but does not prove employment, client, learner, stakeholder, administrator, or another status.
- Protected access requires a current approved role, relationship, assignment, classification, or explicit grant. Access may expire, be reviewed, restricted, or revoked.
- Do not share protected links, screenshots, exports, files, or credentials with anyone who lacks equivalent authority.
- Account owners may update designated self-service fields. Verified identity, role, status, official dates, reporting line, permissions, and other controlled fields require authorized review.
6. Permitted use
- View public information for legitimate personal or business evaluation.
- Submit genuine inquiries, quote requests, applications, enrollment interests, participation requests, feedback, complaints, accessibility requests, privacy requests, or support tickets through the correct route.
- Use protected resources only for the approved VSPO, client, Academy, project, employment, or community purpose and within your role.
- Download or reuse materials only where the page, file classification, license, owner, or agreement permits it.
- Report suspected errors, inaccessible content, security issues, or unauthorized disclosure responsibly.
7. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Break the law, infringe rights, deceive, impersonate, harass, discriminate, threaten, defame, or submit unlawful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, account takeover, scraping, credential collection, vulnerability exploitation, malware delivery, interference, denial of service, or security bypass.
- Upload passwords, secrets, payment credentials, live client/customer datasets, government IDs, health information, privileged material, or unrelated confidential records through a general form.
- Copy, export, re-identify, combine, publish, sell, or use protected data beyond the approved purpose.
- Misrepresent a training simulation as real client work, invent results, fabricate testimonials, or imply guaranteed work, employment, earnings, certification, funding, accreditation, or authorization.
- Use Site content, personal data, confidential information, or controlled materials to train or operate an external AI system without documented permission.
- Remove ownership, privacy, confidentiality, classification, version, warning, or access-control markings.
8. Forms, receipts, and communications
A confirmation or reference number proves only that the Site recorded a submission. It does not mean VSPO accepted a client, scope, price, contract, application, job, course seat, scholarship, credential, partnership, volunteer placement, pledge, donation, access request, complaint outcome, or legal request.
VSPO may verify identity, authority, eligibility, availability, capacity, conflicts, sanctions, security, privacy, funding, commercial fit, or other relevant information before acting. Free-text submissions must be relevant and accurate. VSPO may quarantine, restrict, redact, or remove malicious, excessive, unauthorized, or insecure content while preserving evidence it must retain.
Electronic records and notices may be used where lawful. Keep your contact details current. A submission is not a formal legal notice unless the applicable agreement or law expressly permits that route.
9. Client services
VSPO’s public offering is a Philippine managed-outsourcing model in which VSPO recruits, employs or engages, trains, supports, supervises, and manages service teams to deliver agreed business outcomes. Public pages do not create a manpower-supply, recruitment-placement, professional-employer, agency, partnership, or joint-employment arrangement. The final legal and operating model is defined by the executed agreement.
A quote request is for discovery. Pricing, staffing, service levels, systems, security, data processing, transition, quality, governance, intellectual property, and exit arrangements require due diligence and written approval. Existing clients must use approved service, security, change, escalation, and payment channels when their agreement requires them.
10. Academy
Course information must identify the course, learning outcomes, prerequisites, delivery mode, workload, schedule and time zone, technology requirements, attendance, assessment, credential, fee and inclusions, refund or transfer rules, accessibility route, and career-path statement before enrollment is finalized.
Enrollment, payment, scholarship, course completion, assessment, credential, portfolio publication, job consideration, and employment are separate decisions. A course or simulation does not guarantee employment, client work, placement, income, a visa, accreditation, or a commercial result. Portfolio work must be truthfully labeled as a training simulation using fictional organizations and synthetic, non-sensitive data unless a separately approved real-client arrangement exists.
11. Careers and work
An application is a request to be considered for work with VSPO, not a promise of interview, offer, hiring, client assignment, compensation, schedule, equipment, or continued vacancy. VSPO may change, pause, close, or fill a role. Hiring decisions should use job-related criteria, structured review, human oversight, privacy controls, and applicable equal-opportunity and labor requirements.
Applicants must provide truthful information and may be asked for proportionate verification later through a secure route. Never pay an unofficial recruiter or send banking credentials to apply. VSPO’s Site must not imply that learners or volunteers receive preference unless an approved, lawful pathway expressly says so.
12. Social impact and support
Activity, volunteer, partnership, sponsorship, beneficiary, pledge, or donation-interest submissions are expressions of interest until VSPO completes approvals and confirms participation in writing. Capacity, safeguarding, eligibility, background checks, permits, partner terms, funding, privacy, safety, and accessibility may affect participation.
Unless VSPO publishes an approved payment channel, permit and accounting controls, the Site collects pledge or support interest only. Do not transfer funds to personal accounts or unverified instructions. Public impact figures must be verified, aggregated, defined, time-bounded, approved, and accompanied by limitations where necessary.
Community Hub and professional boundaries
The Community Hub is a private, role-aware professional environment for verified account holders. Authentication alone does not grant access. VSPO assigns roles and spaces from approved client, workforce, applicant, Academy, stakeholder, Bayanihan+, partner, or alumni records and may review, limit, or revoke them.
- Community profiles are privacy-minimized. Do not post personal email addresses, phone numbers, messaging or social handles, precise addresses, IDs, payment details, or another person’s personal data.
- Unrestricted member-to-member direct messages, friend requests, public member profiles, member-list exports, and arbitrary external links are not provided at launch.
- Do not request, encode, disguise, or exchange contact information to move discussions off-platform. Content may be screened, blocked, held, removed, reported, reviewed, or logged under the Community Policy and Moderation SOP.
- Employees and clients must not use the Community Hub to arrange direct employment, private work, rates, compensation, staffing substitution, or services that bypass VSPO. Authorized client operations remain in the approved Client Workspace or business channel.
- Private HR, payroll, applicant, assessment, medical, complaint, safeguarding, legal, security, payment, or client-confidential matters must use the designated restricted route rather than a community post.
- Moderation actions are proportionate and appealable where appropriate; urgent containment may occur first when delay creates material risk.
The Community Hub remains launch-gated while privacy, legal, retention, security, role-access, moderation, and pilot approvals are incomplete. A published interface does not mean member interaction or a particular space has been activated.
13. Content, intellectual property, and submissions
VSPO and its licensors retain rights in Site design, text, branding, logos, graphics, code, training material, templates, processes, and controlled content, except where a page or agreement states otherwise. “Virtual Support Plus Outsourcing,” “VSPO,” “Virtual Support Plus Academy,” and related marks may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, authorization, employment, certification, or client status.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant VSPO a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, review, route, and use it only as needed for the requested workflow, security, records, legal compliance, and applicable agreement. Public testimonial, media, portfolio, or profile use requires a separate recorded choice and approval. You confirm that you have authority to submit the content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
14. Confidentiality and security
Protected client, employee, applicant, learner, partner, beneficiary, stakeholder, legal, security, finance, and governance information must be used only for the approved purpose, handled according to its classification, and disclosed only to authorized recipients. Confidentiality duties continue after access ends where the information remains confidential.
Do not test security beyond written permission. Report vulnerabilities through the security route. A report does not authorize access, exploitation, persistence, copying, social engineering, disclosure, or service disruption. VSPO may preserve logs and evidence, contain access, investigate, notify affected parties or authorities, and take lawful corrective action.
15. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party identity, hosting, communication, learning, video, assessment, payment, map, document, social, or other services. Their terms, privacy practices, accessibility, security, availability, and content may be outside VSPO’s control. A link does not mean endorsement unless VSPO states it.
Use official links and verify the destination before signing in or paying. External services may change or become unavailable. VSPO will seek appropriate providers and contractual safeguards for material processing but cannot guarantee every third-party interface.
16. Privacy and electronic communications
VSPO handles personal data under the Privacy Policy, applicable form notices, client DPAs, and law. California residents should also review the California Privacy Notice. Consent to marketing is optional and separate from service handling. You may withdraw future marketing through the stated method.
The current Site uses essential authentication, security, session, and requested-functionality storage. Non-essential analytics or advertising technology must not be enabled without an updated notice and any required consent or opt-out mechanism.
17. Availability, changes, and suspension
VSPO may maintain, update, restrict, relocate, discontinue, or correct a feature, page, role, course, form, file, integration, or account. It may suspend access to contain security, legal, privacy, safety, conduct, payment, role-expiry, or data-quality risks. Where appropriate, VSPO will provide notice and a review route, but immediate containment may be necessary.
VSPO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Users should retain authorized copies of records they are responsible for keeping, subject to classification and contract rules. VSPO will plan backups and recovery for controlled systems but no continuity method eliminates every interruption.
18. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public Site content is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. VSPO does not warrant that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. This does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSPO is not liable under these general Terms for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from public informational use. Liability connected with a client service, course, employment, activity, payment, privacy matter, or other relationship is governed by the applicable law and specific agreement. Nothing limits liability where limitation is unlawful, including fraud, willful misconduct, or non-waivable rights. No unapproved monetary cap or mandatory arbitration term is created by this page.
You are responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized access, material breach, infringement, malicious submission, or knowing misrepresentation, subject to applicable law and any controlling agreement.
19. Termination and offboarding
You may stop public use at any time and may request account closure subject to records VSPO must retain. VSPO may suspend or end access for expired roles, separation, completed relationships, unauthorized use, material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or nonpayment where a specific agreement permits it.
Offboarding may include revoking sessions and grants, recovering or deleting controlled exports, returning or deleting client or personal data, preserving lawful records, closing tasks, and recording the decision. Confidentiality, intellectual property, records, privacy, dispute, and liability provisions survive when their nature requires.
20. Governing law, disputes, and changes
These general Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without displacing mandatory rights that apply because of a user’s location, status, or transaction. The city, court, mediation, arbitration, or other dispute process for a specific relationship must be confirmed in its executed agreement; this page does not invent an unapproved exclusive venue.
Before formal proceedings, send a written summary of the issue and requested resolution to the administrative contact unless urgent relief, a regulator, criminal report, protected complaint, privacy right, or mandatory process makes that inappropriate. Privacy complaints follow the Privacy Policy.
VSPO may revise these Terms after approval. The page will show the revision date. Material changes receive appropriate notice; specific agreement changes follow their own change-control process. If a clause is unenforceable, it will apply to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining clauses continue. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
Controlled completion items: final legal entity and registration details, formal notices address, governing venue, legal contact, public telephone route, and signed Legal/CEO approval remain required before these Terms should be treated as VSPO’s final legal instrument. Executed agreements and mandatory law control those matters meanwhile.
