1. Current use
Form submissions also use session storage for random submission keys and fingerprints, helping a safe retry return the original result. Submitted form fields and attachments are not saved in that browser record.
Cookies are small browser records. Similar technologies, such as local storage, may also remember information on your device. VSPO currently uses essential storage for website delivery, security, sign-in, sessions, requested features, and your privacy choice. The current site code does not load optional analytics tags or advertising pixels. External links take you to separate services that apply their own policies when you follow them.
Rejecting optional technology does not stop essential technical processing, such as requests needed to show a page or manage a secure session. Essential storage remains available regardless of your choice.

VSPO's code does not set optional preference, analytics, or advertising cookies. The site has no active optional analytics or advertising provider to list. Infrastructure-managed storage may vary; VSPO will update this inventory after a production cookie scan identifies provider-set names and durations. We do not claim that rejecting optional technology leaves only a single cookie.
3. Your choices
On your first visit, choose Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. The preference view shows four categories: strictly necessary, preferences/functional, analytics, and marketing/advertising. Only the first category is currently used; the others cannot activate anything on this site today.
Use Cookie Settings / Privacy Choices in the footer to review or change your choice at any time. Your choice is kept in local storage on this browser; it does not follow you to another browser or device. You can also clear this site’s browser data. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page and you may be asked again. A future optional technology requires an updated notice and a new decision before activation where required. Choices here are separate from newsletter or form consents.
