Process definition
A request enters through a form. Required fields are validated, its reference is checked for duplication, and a valid request is assigned to the relevant queue.
VSPO-authored work sample · VSPA-SIM-018
A runnable local workflow simulation. Choose a normal, incomplete or duplicate request to see the routing outcome.
VSPO-authored demonstration based on an existing VSPA simulation brief. Organizations, records and figures are fictional. This is not completed client work, an assessed learner submission, a client endorsement or evidence of live commercial results.
Representative output
This example illustrates part of the package. It does not imply that all contracted deliverables, integrations or production controls are present. Interactive previews use synthetic data and do not send messages, process payments or save business records.
The complete written sample
A request enters through a form. Required fields are validated, its reference is checked for duplication, and a valid request is assigned to the relevant queue.
Missing department: send to review without creating a work item. Existing reference: return the existing record. Complete new request: create one work item and record the owner.
If the destination is unavailable, hold the request in a retry queue. Retry with the same idempotency key; alert the owner after the agreed retry limit.
Measure handling minutes per request before and after the pilot; subtract review and maintenance time. No time-saving percentage is claimed in this example.
| Input | Decision | Output |
|---|---|---|
| REQ-101 / complete | Validate and route | One work item |
| REQ-102 / no department | Hold for review | Missing-field task |
| REQ-101 / duplicate | Reuse reference | No duplicate item |
