FieldFlow Operations • Work Queue

A working in-page task-board prototype: filter and move fictional work items through stages. It has no authentication, persistence or production integration.

VSPO-authored demonstration based on an existing VSPA simulation brief. Organizations, records and figures are fictional. This is not completed client work, an assessed learner submission, a client endorsement or evidence of live commercial results.

This example illustrates part of the package. It does not imply that all contracted deliverables, integrations or production controls are present. Interactive previews use synthetic data and do not send messages, process payments or save business records.

The complete written sample

Content, decisions and handover context.

01

User story

As an operations coordinator, I need to see work by stage and move an accepted task to review so the next owner can act.

02

Data model

Work item: identifier, title, owner role and status. A production design would add organization ownership, permissions, timestamps and an immutable activity history.

03

Permission specification

Coordinator creates and assigns; specialist updates assigned work; reviewer accepts or returns; administrator manages access. The public prototype demonstrates workflow only.

04

Release boundary

This sample proves a small interaction, not production readiness. Authentication, persistence, audit, backup and server authorization require separate implementation and testing.

How a commissioned output is reviewed

Acceptance is part of the brief.

  • ✓ User stories map to prototype behavior
  • ✓ Roles and data boundaries are documented
  • ✓ Risks and dependencies are explicit
  • ✓ Pilot scope can be independently estimated

These are review criteria, not a claim that this demonstration was independently assessed.
