What the “+” carries

Education + Skills + Work + Opportunity + Community + Giving Back

The plus sign is a commitment to go beyond a one-time activity: add capability, choice, connection, follow-through and a path for each participant to help someone else.

Signature model

LEARN + TRAIN + WORK + GROW + GIVE BACK

Each stage has a clear decision, evidence set and next step. A participant may enter or exit at different points; no stage promises the next.

01

LEARN

Build knowledge, awareness, confidence, and informed choice.

02

TRAIN

Practice relevant skills and demonstrate capability against clear standards.

03

WORK

Connect prepared people to lawful employment, enterprise, or income pathways.

04

GROW

Support continued learning, resilience, leadership, and sustainable progress.

05

GIVE BACK

Enable alumni, partners, and volunteers to help another Filipino move forward.

Flagship pathway

Bayanihan+ 100

100 Filipinos. One opportunity at a time.

The first flagship is a controlled pathway for up to 100 Filipinos across career education, skills assessment and training, work preparation, opportunity connection, continued growth and alumni service. “100” is a planning milestone, not a claim of people served or employed.

Pilot success decision

  • Approved need, funding, owner, partners, safeguards and delivery capacity before recruitment.
  • Defined eligibility, baseline, completion and competency measures—not enrollment alone.
  • Employment, paid-project, enterprise, further-learning and barrier outcomes followed with consent.
  • Cost, access gaps, complaints, incidents, data quality and participant feedback included in review.
  • 500 or 1,000-person milestones activated only after quality, evidence, governance and resources support scale.

Complete program portfolio

Six pillars. Twenty-four SMART program blueprints.

Every blueprint below includes its audience, need, objective, pilot target, tasks, deliverables, KPIs, resources, accountable roles, partner profile, safeguards, evidence, sustainability and approval gate. A blueprint becomes an active commitment only after a current plan passes its required approvals.

Skills and lifelong learning

Practical, assessed, role-aligned learning that builds capability—not attendance alone.

Need validation, charters, schedules, teams, deliverables, participant safety, metrics, closure, and improvement actions.

Finance and independent reviewer

Budget control, official channels, restricted funds, segregation of duties, receipts, reconciliation, accounting, tax and permit review.

Privacy, safeguarding, legal and security

Notices, consent, minimization, access, retention, incidents, child/vulnerable-person controls, contracts, permits, and secure systems.

Quality, evidence and learning

Metric definitions, assessment quality, evidence review, data limitations, follow-up, public-release approval, evaluation, and lessons.

Partners, volunteers and community owners

Defined commitments, conduct, competence, supervision, local knowledge, referrals, feedback, handover, and continuing ownership.

One shared records ecosystem

One authoritative record; distinct origin and responsibility.

Connected VSPO Social Impact and Bayanihan+ work uses a single controlled repository and set of canonical registers. Forms, response records, evidence, finance files, images, presentations and dashboards are separated by type and access—not copied into uncontrolled folders.

Shared Record ID and canonical register
Source site or portal and exact source page or form
Legal owner, operational owner and responsible privacy role

Evidence reference, version, update date and correction history

Access and source rules

VSPO Site
Records created on the current /social-impact, /start/social-impact or /bayanihan-plus routes retain VSPO Site plus the exact route as their origin.
Future Bayanihan+ Site
Future forms write Bayanihan+ Site and their exact page/form ID into the same approved canonical register through an authorized integration.
Admin and imports
Administrator entries, partner imports and legacy CSR records keep separate origins; imports require validation, mapping, approval and reconciliation.
No silent migration
A keep, migrate, correct, close or archive decision is recorded. Consent, contracts, donations and legal responsibility do not transfer automatically.
Privacy and security
Least privilege, data minimization, encryption, access logging, incident handling, retention and secure disposal apply across both organizations.

Transition roadmap

Move deliberately from VSPO initiative to standalone organization.

1

Hosted initiative

Current

Bayanihan+ operates through VSPO’s approved social-impact controls. The VSPO Social Impact page is the official public gateway; records retain their VSPO origin.

2

Separation readiness

Before incorporation

Approve purpose, name availability, founders or trustees, bylaws, governance, conflicts, budget, funding, privacy roles, IP and brand licence, shared-service agreement, and record migration plan.

3

Independent legal and financial control

After professional confirmation

Complete current Philippine registrations and permits; establish independent books, bank and payment controls, contracts, official receipts or acknowledgements, insurance, HR, tax and audit arrangements.

4

Standalone public site

After release approval

Launch the Bayanihan+ domain and notices. VSPO Social Impact remains the sole official VSPO-to-Bayanihan+ site connection; other VSPO pages do not add direct Bayanihan+ buttons.

5

Evidence-led scale

Only after pilot review

Scale Bayanihan+ 100 toward 500 or 1,000 only when capacity, quality, safeguarding, verified outcomes, funding and governance support the decision.

Safeguarding and inclusion

Screen roles, design for accessibility, protect children and vulnerable people, maintain codes of conduct, complaints and referral routes, and never condition essential support on publicity.

Privacy, consent and security

Collect only necessary data, separate service consent from marketing or employment consent, restrict identifiable records, protect evidence, publish aggregates, and honor access, correction, withdrawal and deletion rights where applicable.

Finance, fundraising and assets

Use approved campaigns and official channels only; confirm permit, tax and accounting requirements; separate pledges from receipts; reconcile restrictions, assets and disbursements; and prohibit personal-account collections.

Frequently asked questions

Clear boundaries build trust.

Is Bayanihan+ already a registered foundation?

This page does not claim registered-foundation, tax-exempt, accredited, permit-approved, or independent legal-entity status. Until current registrations and approvals are confirmed and published, Bayanihan+ is described as a VSPO-founded social-impact organization in transition.

Does training guarantee a job or income?

No. Programs may build skills and connect participants to opportunities, but selection, hiring, contracting, pay, business results, and continued work remain separate decisions.

Can I donate through this page?

No payment is collected here. The form records an expression of interest or pledge only. Any collection must use an approved campaign, official channel, required permit determination, finance controls, acknowledgement and reconciliation.

How are results reported?

Targets, registrations, attendance, outputs, verified funds, outcomes and longer-term impact are kept distinct. Public results require evidence, a defined period and denominator, privacy review, limitations and release approval.

Will VSPO and Bayanihan+ share files?

They use one controlled records ecosystem for connected work, with role-based access and no uncontrolled duplicates. Every record identifies its source site or portal, source page or form, canonical register, owner, classification, approval state and evidence reference.

What happens to older VSPO CSR records?

They remain historical VSPO records unless an authorized migration decision marks them to keep, migrate, correct, close or archive. Moving a program does not silently transfer consent, ownership, contracts, funds or legal responsibility.
