Connected delivery

One coherent company presence.

Combine a corporate website, company profile, corporate portfolio and capability statement around one approved narrative. Add a presentation or scoped inquiry automation when it serves the brief. Website work remains under DPWS, creative documents under CCDP and integrations under AISI.

The combined proposal itemizes every page, document, integration, review round, milestone and handover format. Shared discovery and brand direction reduce duplicated effort; any bundle fee is confirmed after scope and capacity review.

Before you commission the work

Are the samples completed client projects?

The 25 demonstration outputs are newly authored examples based on existing VSPA fictional briefs. They are not live client work or assessed learner submissions. Separately approved learner evidence remains in its own section.

Can I purchase a package immediately?

Packages describe starting scope options. Submit your brief for a quotation; the proposal confirms capability, availability, deliverables, fees, timing and terms before commitment.

Are editable files and maintenance included?

Your statement of work specifies source formats, account and repository ownership, licenses and handover. Ongoing maintenance, subscriptions and support are included only when expressly scoped.

What happens if I need more work?

Changes beyond the agreed quantities or review rounds are assessed for effort, price and schedule, then approved before production continues.

A phased service portfolio

Enquiries are welcome. Scope, price, schedule and availability are confirmed after discovery and capability review.

Phase 1

Websites, company profiles, corporate portfolios, presentations, UI/UX, maintenance, content, graphics, video and no-code automation.

Phase 2

E-commerce builds, CRM automation, AI workflows, APIs, integrations and expanded QA after technical readiness review.

Phase 3

Custom web and mobile applications after development leadership, secure delivery, QA and maintenance capacity are established.

Choose an engagement that fits the work

Specialist or managed pod

A defined specialist scope or coordinated designer, developer, QA and project team.

Fixed or milestone project

A bounded build or MVP with agreed deliverables, assumptions, acceptance and change control.

Build + maintain

A project followed by separately defined maintenance, support and recurring third-party costs.

Creative retainer or optimization review

Agreed output volume, turnaround and revision limits, or a scoped review with findings and recommendations.

Pricing follows discovery and Finance review. Platform subscriptions, hosting, licensed assets, taxes where applicable, maintenance and additional revisions are itemized in the agreed scope.

From business brief to maintainable delivery

1. Discover & qualify

Define outcomes, users, current workflow, budget, data, tools and acceptance criteria. Confirm delivery capability and a named technical or creative reviewer.

2. Scope & agree

Set deliverables, exclusions, milestones, revision limits, dependencies, change requests, source and asset ownership, licensing, hosting costs and support terms in the proposal and SOW.

3. Design & build

Approve requirements and designs. Work in controlled environments with restricted access, versioned assets and documented decisions.

4. Test & accept

Review functionality, accessibility, rights, data handling and recovery. Record defects, retests and client UAT before release approval.

5. Release & hand over

Confirm deployment authority, backups, rollback, repository and account ownership. Deliver operating instructions, training and acceptance records.

6. Maintain & improve

Track maintenance scope, incidents, support response, recurring costs and improvement requests against the agreed support arrangement.

Learn, practise and demonstrate your skills

Eight additional VSPA pathways connect courses to assessed simulations, portfolio evidence and the talent pool. Published cohorts confirm prerequisites, duration, fees, tools and trainer availability. Registration records interest; employment and client assignment depend on separate approvals.
